To expedite check-in, please register any booth personnel or attendees from your company by May 4th, 2020. Note, we expect to sell out – do not delay in registering your team. All Access Upgrade: As a sponsor you are eligible to upgrade to the All Access level at Driven The Event. Please remember that as a sponsor you are already guaranteed “Reserved” seating near the back of the general session for easy entrance and exit to get to The Exhibit Hall. With the All Access Upgrade you get: Two lunch and learn passes, VIP registration, priority seating with a table.
Registering Guests Using Gifted Sponsor Tickets:
You have complimentary tickets as part of your sponsor agreement, depending on your package level. You should have received an email with a customized registration link so you can kick-start registering your guests using your gifted tickets!
All registrants using a sponsor’s gifted ticket must be registered in advance. Sponsors who received additional complimentary tickets to gift clients as part of their sponsor package may not use those gifted tickets to register their own booth representatives and team members.
Please note: Driven clients and past event attendees are all gifted complimentary tickets to Driven: The Event, so your complimentary tickets must be used for individuals that are not current complimentary ticket holders.
Fulfilling these guest tickets can help you reduce the cost of your sponsor package. All guest registrations are also due no later than May 1st, 2020.
If you’re a returning sponsor we are delighted to have you back! However, your links from previous years no longer work. Please remove them from any websites, e-zines, newsletters or past marketing materials.

Your boxes should arrive NO earlier than 48 hours prior to the event, so June 4th. There will be a $5.00 per day storage fee for items arriving prior to June 4th in addition to the hotel handling fees.
For outbound carrier pick up, please schedule your carrier to pick up from Omni between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm on June 8th only. If it must ship June 9th you will incur handling charges from the hotel.
If you are shipping materials for your sponsorship that relate to a room drop or handout or anything that must be touched by Team Driven, they must arrive to the hotel on Wednesday, June 3rd.
